Hello, I'm Carly Tysch...
I am a licensed psychologist who has worked with teens and adults in various settings throughout my career. I received my master’s and doctorate degrees from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego where I researched and published my dissertation on the effects of anxiety on romantic relationships. I completed my predoctoral internship at Sovereign, an adolescent dual diagnosis residential treatment center, where my training focused on treating teenagers with substance abuse, eating disorders, and other co-occurring mental health issues.
More About Me
I completed my postdoctoral hours providing individual psychotherapy in a private practice setting. I currently work with adults and adolescents and specialize in treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, anger management, and relationship issues. I integrate various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and dynamic approaches. I strive to create a welcoming and compassionate therapeutic experience by tailoring each treatment to an individual’s unique needs.
